Home Visiting Program

Our home visits are conducted by our talented and interdisciplinary team to provide quality care in the comfort and privacy of your own home. They are provided by our experienced advanced practice nurses, Annie Varghese & Michelle Wu, LCSW Aimee Restifo.

To schedule a home visit, please call and speak to Corina Afrasiniei. Follow-up visits may be scheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays; generally, we are able to accommodate urgent visits in the same week.
